High Desert Events Gun Shows are located at the Mohave County Fairgrounds in Kingman, Arizona.

We attempt to give vendors the same location at each show. The final layout is generally based on seniority and when your registration form and payment is received. We will try our best to fulfill your request.
8’ Tables are $55.00 each if paid before the registration target. 8’ tables are $70.00 each if paid after the registration target.
We accept Cash, Checks, or Money Orders (DO NOT MAIL CASH!). Tables reserved for CASH payment must be paid for when signing in, prior to setting up for the show.

We will refund your table payment in full if you cancel more than 4 weeks ahead of the show date. Cancellations within 4 weeks of the show date will not be refunded.
At sign-in you will receive your vendor badges. You will receive two badges for the first table and one for each additional table. If you misplace or lose your badge (even if your dog runs off with it) and you need a replacement there will be a $10 charge per badge. Please wear your badge at all times during the show.
LAWS, TAXES, AND LICENSES:
It is the sole responsibility of each vendor to be in compliance with all Federal, State, and Local Laws.
VENDOR SET UP HOURS:
For weekend events, the set up hours are as follows:
Friday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. *** Loading doors will be closed and secured at 8:30 AM ***
Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM. *** Loading doors will be closed and secured at 8:30 AM ***
PUBLIC SHOW HOURS:
For weekend events, the public hours are:
Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
In the event of inclement weather, the public may be allowed admission in to the show 15 minutes early. Should this happen, vendors will be notified prior to this occurring by the facility’s public address system.
Security is the exhibitor’s sole responsibility during set up and takedown. We provide overnight security Friday and Saturday from closing time until we open the doors at 7:00 am in the morning.
ALL FIREARM’S ACTIONS OR TRIGGERS MUST BE SECURED WITH CABLE TIES

Generally, any items offensive to the general public are prohibited from being displayed or sold. These items include, but are not limited to:
1. Pornographic materials
2. Drug paraphernalia
3. Tobacco products
4. Alcoholic beverages
5. Loaded firearms
6. Black powder
7. Loose ammunition
Please Note: The Mohave County Fairgrounds does not allow anything to be attached to their building walls. Freestanding signs or banners are allowed only if they do not pose a safety hazard.
Although there are several RV Parks with full amenities available to you in Kingman (including a KOA park) the Mojave County Fairgrounds does have a limited amount of RV parking available, with limited amenities, for vendors only. Please make your RV arrangements directly with the Fairgrounds, not High Desert Events.
15 RV parking spaces are available on a 'first come, first served' bases (no reservations taken).
Although no reservations are accepted, vendors can call ahead to see what the current RV space availability is. The number to call is 928 / 753 - 2636, Mon thru Fri 8am - 5pm.
The spaces have water and electricity hook ups only (no sewer).
Cost is $10.00 a day in advance, payable upon arrival, and payable by cash or personal check only.
Stay Limit: 5 days. For weekend events, vendors can arrive on Thursday and must depart no later than the following Tuesday morning.
Arrival Times: The Fairgrounds prefers you to arrive between 8am and 5pm, but the main Fair gate is open 24 hours so after-hours arrival is possible (night watchman on site).
GENERAL PARKING INFORMATION:
General Parking is neither controlled nor operated by High Desert Events.
Currently, the Fairgrounds has set the General Parking cost at $2.00 per vehicle on the show dates.
Vendor Parking is free if the vendor shows his/her Show Badge upon entry to the fairgrounds.
High Desert Events is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vehicles or any other property. Park at your own risk.
BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT:
High Desert Events does not wish to tell anyone how to act or behave. Since the show is open to the public upon paying for admission, we should expect various media representatives to be in attendance as well. Therefore; We reserve the right to ask people who act detrimentally towards our public image as responsible firearms owners to leave our show. Please exhibit good common sense and courtesy!
